CSS in window mode problem

Hey folks,
I’ve got a problem in css :S
When I want to launch css in window mode it looks like that http://www.imagebanana.com/view/jotdejyu/Unbenannt.JPG
Doesn’t matter if I change it ingame to window mode or in the launch options
The problem is not appearing in TF2
I already reinstalled css but this didnt solve the problem.
