problem : only black screens with starmovie

I want to capture some demo’s into avi and it walways worked prefect
i use this command : startmovie name TGA 30
It worked perfect till now , now suddenly all my TGA screens that are created from the demo are just black screens. ( while it supposed to be ingame screenshots to make the avi )
I tryed other demo’s , also demo’s i have captured before and they all come out as black screens…
does anyone have a solution for this ?

host_framerate 30
startmovie omgipwnnubz
or maybe you changed some driver settings etc?

set mat_queue_mode back to -1. You’ll need to set this probably everytime you goto the desired tick on the demo, then execute the record command.
its always on -1 here , i change it every game manually to 2.
anyone else an idea ? :/
fraps is fresh fail.
Give me a PC which can handle 1280×720, 16xAF & 4x AA, and record that in GOOD quality with FRAPS…
and i’ll offer XXX complaisances to that person :O
I change it manually too, but when you watch back a demo it changes it. Even when you goto a new tick it will revert it back to “2” I had this exact same problem when I started using the “2” command. Btw does it seem to record it really fast?, because this is what happens when I forget to turn it back to “-1” If it’s not this then I got no idea.
