i dont understand, sometimes u are walking and we are watching, and some other times when there’s action you fast forward stoping when the guy is dead?

and as I said the movie wasn’t even close to be finished – no intro, not the best edit and so on…

yes, the guy that was doing the movie decided to stop work on it and to release it with what that he made so far.
