one of my friend asked me, to record him from a demo, but the final file is broken

what causes this? i used the “startmovie x.avi avi”, and i choosed the “full frames uncompressed” option.
i did this 3-4 times, so it isn’t a malfunction. Any ideas?

try lagarith codec instead of uncompressed avi…

When you record avi the video goes corrupt after a while, short said it sucks.

Record to TGA. instead by typing in “startmovie xxx” and don’t use avi in the end
