Could be, but I doubt he is much older than that, perhaps 14-15.

I’m pretty sure he is using a voice changer and is alot older, just judging by the things he says/sings
Watch his I got a hat part 1. I was watching and chuckling at the things he said but at 4:00 I nearly cried. So much awesome and clearly an older guy with a voice changer just trying to have fun ^^
