Skipping demos to tick crash [FIX]

Hi, guys after last TF2 update, skipping to the tick in demo files is broken, sometimes if you try to “go to tick” the demo just crashes. If you want to avoid it, just set playback speed from 100% to 0% before you go to the tick.
