Only thing I didn’t like was the effect on the medic used at 0:34, but to be honest it’s the first time I see that effect being used in a movie so… It’s a minor thing anyway and personal taste so don’t worry.
Must be dislike bots I guess.

Fun fact though: Likes or dislikes don’t matter anymore, it’s all about the watch time.
The longer people watch videos on youtube, the more likely it is that this video gets promoted somewhere (recommendations on another video).
