I only found an Open division for TF2 this season. It had teams from prem and all the way down to div 4 or something, so it looked kind of odd.
For the European scene, at least. Maybe there’s an American Invite that I haven’t found.
since this is the first ESEA season which features an EU division, there are no skill tiers, in ESEA NA there are a few (i think) including the top, which is called ESEA invite.

I looked very hard, but the only “Invite” I could find for TF2 in ESEA was 2-3 years old.
