uber effect stays when rendering demo

when i’m watching a demo it’s fine, when uber ends the effect ends like it’s supposed to. but when i start rendering particular clip (using lawena), the uber effect on borders of the screen stays after actual charge is depleted. how to fix that?
from chris’ fps config
As an aside, there are quite a few bugs in the demo system
// that occur when mat_queue_mode is set to a value that is
// not `-1′. If you intend to do work with the demo system,
// maybe you should change this.

i always tend to change it to mat_queue_mode 0 to avoid crashes when changing ticks backwards/forwards. never tried -1 though, gonna check it right now and post what happened

nope, the same with mat_queue_mode -1 :
it’s strange though: in this clip, medic is giving uber to 2 players and the first time the guy whose this demo is from loses it, the effect ends like it should, then he has the uber again for just a couple of seconds and then, when it finally worns off the effect stays forever (or to his death or other uber, i guess).
is there a possibility to fix that nonsense? it’s pretty annyoing tbh…
dl this http://www7.zippyshare.com/v/97433301/file.html and put them in your “tf/materials/effects” folder. this will completely turn off the ubercharge overlay. then just combine the two videos in your video editing application.
