Soo have this problem joinin a server, get steam auth rejected something. Tried to fix it and found a secret folder from /tf. In this folder there are few demos&ticks dated 2009. I have no clue whats in em, and dunno how to play em. Is there anyone willing to have a crack at em ?
includes games like dignitas vs afterlife, yoyotech etc.
Just like to add that the demos dont work. Needs rollback.

Those demos sounds interesting, probably a lot of juicy old time frags in them.
For your problem though have no clue. Try backup whatever you need in the tf folder and delete it afterwards?
My clip sorters might be able to have a look at em. =P
About your problem, pretty sure I had something like that before. I believe it was fixed after I changed ISP. :/
Tried verifying game cache?
