General content fix for old demos:

1. Identify the resources that cause problems.
2. Find the tf2 update where the problems began.
3. Copy the old content in your tf folder. (this may require you to download a complete older version of tf2, alternatively keep backups of the .gcfs yourself for cases like this).
4. Fixed.

Although there are more complex issues, like when Valve fucks with the resource IDs. Then you are truly fucked.
