Anybody else here whose TF2 is crashing when skipping ticks even tough they’ve disabled multicore-rendering? It annoys the fuck out of me.
What can I do.
Kisses.

stop it. go to desired tick. play.

That’s exactly what I’m doing, it still crashes when the distance is greater than 20k ticks or so.

playdemo ***; demo_gototick *** 0 1
(the 0 stands for “relative to current tick (1) or not (0)” and the 1 means “pause at demo load (1) or not (0)”)

mat_queue_mode 0

Thanks man.
so just changing mat_queue_mode to 0 makes the GOTO function work properly again?

Or, you could go to video options and turn off multicore rendering, you don’t always have to use fancy console commands etc to fix these things.
EDIT: WOOPS, I didn’t read. Never mind, my bad.
