Hi,

while replaying a demo it always crashes at the same tick( 14907 )
This crash has happened since the first time i tried to replay the demo.
Valve said they fixed some old demos, but my demo still keeps crashing.

Is there any fix for this?

Ok i found the fix thanks to freezer, you just have to write playdemo thisdemocrashesat14907; demo_gototick TICKWHEREITCRASHESHERE
and then u can continue to watch the demo, for me it crashed at some other tick too, but i just fast forwarded it using the same method.

Same problem but doesn’t works for me :(
hl2.exe still crashing when i reach/go forward ticket 4900.
Maybe cuz is an old demo from January 2012? …and last update…

ps: anyway using Lawena Rec.Tool

Crashing also with newest demos @ random ticket.
Seems there is an issue with client.dll or something like this

I’m afraid I’ve stopped doing that – too much effort ((
