The number at the end of invalid class index keeps changing for every demo I have, does that mean for each demo there is a different error?

4224 in this case is probably read from the file, so my wild guess would be that the formula used to get that index has been screwed up in the client. Unless we find out what was wrong with the formula and an option to change the value within a file, one can only hope for Valve’s intervention.

Long story short, you’re hopeless, sorry.
