Well I got some demos I want to record, and my computer is to shitty for fraps.
My problem is though that when I record it still looks like 5 fps in the video.
Commands I use (in order):
Host_Framerate 30
startmove moviename avi
endmovie
HALP!
The raw output from startmovie is always gonna lag until you actually compress them.
So dont worry about that and just put your stuff together in vegas or whatever you are using and when you render the final version it’s gonna be fine.
If you want you could just do a little test and compress one of the clips you have gotten with startmovie and the lag will be gone.
And definitely use more than 30fps to capture or else it’s going to look like shit. Convert the video to 30fps later.
When I use 30fps to capture it always comes up flickering between 10 and 25 fps, even when im using host_framerate 30… Help?
