If you dont record it dirctly, ie, use the demo and mumble recording for a video, perhaps at the start, get the players to introduce themselves and what class they play, allowing us to link a voice to a player, instead of making us work it out slowly throughout the video.

I love this kind of stuff, the only reason I watch starcraft casts is due to the lack of available tf2 videos with comms or casting.
