Sony Vegas rendering issue

I couldn’t find the answer to this on google so I thought I’d try here.

After I render my project out of vegas for some reason it loops the video twice (without audio the second time). Of course the final encoded version ends up like this as well. It doesn’t happen every time and I can’t seem to find anything that’s done differently when it does and doesn’t happen. Does anyone know how I can stop this?

I got this as well.
Do you encode with MEGUI?
I’m asking because my core rendered file says the actual video length (let’s say 1:08)
But after I encode it’s 2:16
Not checked this

steve

yeh i use megui too, we must have the same problem

steve

i think the problem is megui, when i took out the audio input it displayed/played at the correct length but when i put the audio back in either using the .avi as input or a .wma file it displayed the video length as twice the size (but cut short after playing the video once). long story short, using the encoder in the pldx tool fixed all my problems. no need to bother with megui now
