In short this will encode a video to a compressed h264 video with aac or mp3 audio.

I made a small program that makes encoding with ffmpeg a lot easier, because not everyone wants to use a batch script or something similar to encode their videos. People have been having lots of problems with megui and it might be slightly complicated, so this might be a good alternative.

It will automatically download ffmpeg, just press yes when it asks if u want to download it.

FFmpeg doesn’t work with lagarith videos.

try another folder and what version of .NET framework do u have installed?

If that doesnt work then just extract ffmpeg into tools\ffmpeg

can u check the tools folder if there is a 7zip.zip and ffmpeg.7z file?

talked to longas on irc and we couldn’t find a solution, but as far as I know its only on XP, I didn’t have the problem on another xp installation. Also updated the program, u can now select if u want to use bframes or not.

If you do have the same problem as longas then just copy the files from the ffmpeg.7z archive to the ffmpeg folder, they can be found in the tools folder, which is created in the same directory as the program is running in.
