Basically, I have these two accounts with tf2 on them (one is my old one, the other – the one I`m using now).
Basically, how can I force steam to download tf2 for the other acc and not to use the game files from my new acc.
I just want to use one directories for making movies, the other one for gaming. Thats because my class scripts are messing everything up.

Just back up your files before you make a movie….

just use the pldx recording tool

Meh, even your magical tool isnt up for the job. It keeps some of the config options that I use while gaming!
It would be so much more easier for me to use two directories.
If I copied the game files from one of the accounts to the other, used the autoconfig command, would it work? Would it use separate game files for each acc.?

the pldx tool literally renames your config folder, puts it’s own in, then names them back when you close the game, so there’s no way your game settings are being applied. if you want to edit the config just load up the cfg file in /moviefiles

if you’re talking about crosshairs/viewmodels disappearing, make sure you tick the lock viewmodels and crosshair options in the tool.

Use non-steam tf2 to record movies (and get rid of pldx) and all your problems are sorted!

That’s not actually true, I’ve experienced the same problem — disabling Steam Cloud fixed it.
