we need a faq topic in here for movie based questions, i reeeeally hope there are more noobs like me out there that needs help :d

Q: i got my video, rendered it in adobe after effects, and it turns out to be 1,84 GB :<

Sounds like you rendered it in a raw format instead of using xvid or something like that.
There should be an option in the program where you can choose the codec it should use.

Or you can download virtualdub and compress your big file with that.

EDIT: Just open the file with virtualdub. In the Video menu choose compression and select the codec of your choice. Select Save as AVI from the file menu and give it a name of your choosing.
