Magic Bullet Looks crashes Vegas

Yooo,
So I got a bit of a problem here with MBL and I NEED to edit ^^. Yesterday this bullshit started happening, I loaded up MBL in my fragclip and hit edit: I got an OpenGL error. So I googled it up and found my videocard drivers must have been the issue, so I updated my drivers. Now it’s even worse, when I click edit in MBL my whole Vegas just freezes and crashes after a while. Some say this could only be fixed by reinstalling Windows, but is there another solution?
Specs:
8800gts 320mb with latest drivers from Nvidia website (260.99)
Windows 7 32 bit
Sony Vegas Pro 9
Magic Bullet Looks 1.2

Actually it did work on W7 untill this bullshit OpenGL error occured for me. That’s the strange part really, it just suddenly stopped working.
You have ATi or Nv? Because I had the same error, but i read something about downgrading Catalysts.. I tried about 3 versions of catalysts, but only 10.4 worked :) I’m using XP 32bits btw.
