it’s mat_showlowrestexture + low poly models.
it can’t be done through configs (it won’t work on sv_pure 2 servers either) and mat_showlowrestexture is now (thanks anakin) a cheat command, so you can’t use that.
It Actually gives you a lower fps.

no, you can’t. mat_showlowrestexture is now a cheat. low poly models can only be used on sv_pure 2 by using cheats.
