encoding error

Im using this guide on pldx:

Everytime i reach step 3 (cmd step)and start the encoding process a load of scrpit comes followed by this error:
C:ffmpeg>del C:ffmpegmoviename.aviaudio_encoded.mp4: no such file or directory
C:ffmpeg>del C:ffmpegmoviename.aviaudio_encoded.mp4
could not find C:ffmpeg>del C:ffmpegmoviename.aviaudio_encoded.mp4
can any1 Help? followed the instructions down to a T. Also redid the process 4 times
dosent work for me either it either goes to 0kb or when i run as administrator bloody thing gives me a long as error message
i get that too, all it means is it couldnt find the audio but your auido should all ready be in the video, its fine mate. mine said the same and came out like this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1yzIF9SAH70
edit: oh wait you mean at the start mine happens at the end, maby your doing the audio thing try doing the video
