I started making an intro for a TF2 frag video, with the engineer guitars. Then the song turned out to be rubbish for a frag video, so I deleted it out of the frag video and now made it a music video. Hope you enjoy!
Watch completely until the end if you want to see my vegas timeline for this video.
It’s amazing what you can do with a greenscreen and some cutting! =D

Song: There Ain’t No Rest For The Wicked- Cage The Elephant

Damn, it’s blocked in germany again because of the music. I’ll upload to own3d.tv tomorrow.

Luke, bloody hell, learn AE already. :P You could have did that a thousand times more easily with time remap in AE. Anyways, I know this video will probably get a “meh, shit” kinda response, but the sheer degree of effort in doing something like this is probably greater than making a good frag movie.

nice one mate, hope you can do some more interesting stuff in future. :)

I think the guitar playing looks good and doing that kind of stuff in Premiere/Vegas/whatever works just as well. I was missing the buff banner soldiers in the end though, and maybe you could have gotten another class to do the xylophone-ish notes in there :D

In the end, it’s a cool video and fun idea, but in the middle there’s just not enough happening to keep it interesting throughout. Maybe you could have cut 8 or 16 bars out of the song (a full verse?) and make it “kort maar krachtig” :D . Bigup for the work you put in this tough :)
