Problem after replacing skyboxes

My demos don’t work after replacing skyboxes. Is it normal?
Demos dont load up, even though they are not broken. It happens after replacing skyboxes.
i think, the materials have nothing to do with the “world”, it would be wireframed if it would be wrong, but maybe i am wrong
are you sure, do they work with the default skyboxes?

So i have deleted custom skyboxes and the demo still does not work.
I got this demo from clanmate. My own demos work correctly.
After typing “playdemo name” i get a message “Unknown message from unknown”, and all i can do is to quit tf with ctr alt del. Why does it happen with demos from others?
might be a demo from an old version of tf2, and some of them don’t work after updates. i don’t know the specific’s, but i’ve seen stuff like that said in the release notes
That demo was recorded on monday….
