Well then as little as I know about the subject, I must say that I recommend that you record and render in a much higher fps. The higher the better, but it becomes unnoticable after about 120 unless you’re a nitpicker :P

I’d say the nitpick level starts at about 60 fps. Heck, I can’t even see the difference between 30 and 120 (but I’m old so it’s probably just that).

I’m a bit of a nitpicker and I notice differences between 60 and 120 easily :P Might just be me though, being weird.
