How did you make black background for the killnotices? Or is it STV?

The file hudlayout.res Section “HudDeathNotice”
and section lines:
“BaseBackgroundColor” “255 255 255 0” [$ WIN32]
“LocalBackgroundColor” “255 255 255 255” [$ WIN32]
and change the color (Red Green Blue Opacity)
