Record at 30FPS unless you’re doing slow motion. Render at 30FPS. If you render at 30 from clips recorded at 120 you’ll have 4 frames of capture in each frame of render and it’ll look very blurry and naff and looks a bit like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kPVzJk2JUVM
If you record at 30 and render at 30 you get this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=URogyAlbIY0
You can record at really high fps for slo mo and motion blur, not sure how it all works though.

If you don’t mind a slightly larger file size, render out the video and audio separately.
Video should be an uncompressed AVI, 29.97 fps, 1280×720, progressive scan, and 1.0 pixel aspect ratio. Audio depends on the quality of the song you are using, mp3 or uncompressed wav file are fine (just make sure the Hz and Bit Depth match the audio files). After that use MeGUI to encode the video and audio, it will produce them as a single AVI file.

Sorry if that’s more work than you were looking for, that method will produce very good quality for YouTube though.

Just an example using that method (I used a higher encoding bitrate than the tutorial suggests though).
