Hi, I would like to put a gamesound in my movie, which footage will be slowed down about 25% (host_framerate 120), i know that sound will not be recorded slowed down so i have to do it by myself. When i slow down it with goldwave it sounds terrible, is there easier way to achieve better quality?
Not sure what goldwave is but this was a previous thread about slowing down sound in sony vegas
Ah and i use adobe premiere cs4 and after effects cs4.
Can you not just stretch a clip in Premiere it automatically stretches the audio aswell. You could try ticking the maintain audio frequency option as this will stop it from going really low tone or high pitched.
If your footage is already slow and your audio normal speed just use the stretch tool to drag the audio to the same length as the video clip. Its pretty simple.
Get serious with Adobe Soundbooth

A tip: Always allow your video to be 60fps (That works well for me)
A 60fps clip rendered to 30fps will look smoother than a 30fps clip rendered to 30fps
120 fps rendered to 30 fps will be even better then.
I tried stretching the audio but it sounds ugly in 4x slower :P i think i have to get used to it anyway.
