howcome people arent trying to make more Gravelpit (A-B-C) maps? Its the only one we play… would like some difference :P

There were a few made for the mapping contest, none really took off though :<

There are quite a lot out, check tf2maps.net. The best is probably furnace, though I’m not sure how well it works in 6v6.
I could do custom models and textures if you’ll need any. Though they would increase the map size eh..

Furnace had several major changes (spawn times among other things) to facilitate comp play. I’m surprised no-one’s picked it up.
And Klu, the map contest was 5 CP only, there were no A/D maps made :P

i’d kill to play this in 6v6
So far I have made a last point. Currently it is quite a small point (think blands/obscure/gully size). Working on the 2nd point now. It will be more open, with a cappoint only soldiers and demo’s can reach in 1 jump. Scouts need to double jump onto something first before they can double jump on it. Made it so the jumps aren’t very short so you should be pretty vulnerable when doing that. I hope :P. Not much geometry, just containers. Should provide lots of possibilities for sticky traps, offensive soldiering and sneaky scouting. Also hope I did a good job at making 2nd point defendable in different ways and also tried to split forces (like gran 2nd, badlands 2nd).
