Wow, thanks for playing this and the positive feedback!

I’ll probably release a newer version sometime this week with a few revisions. Could you upload the stv when you get the chance?

Can’t really say anything about the initial mid-fight without seeing the stv i reckon. Haven’t seen the map played in 6v6 at all.

I’ll get u yesterday’s stv asap :>

I really enjoyed playing this map last night. It instantly went to the top of my favorites.

The asymmetry refreshed the 5cp game mode massively. A death pit made for some hilarious juggles and pyro action. I agree with the other guys that mid felt a bit odd at first, coming out so close to each other. Perhaps provide a faster route to the house that connects mid-2nd at the bottom of the map so the teams are a bit further apart and more spread out between the two chokes? (scouts/roam go through the house and combo goes through the wider choke?)

The most forward spawn was a bit weird too, coming out of the door and facing a wall and a drop.

I think we maybe didn’t find the fastest demo route and that was part of it, as we seemed to arrive the same time. But the STV should help.

The most forward spawn is indeed just weird so i’ll look into that again.

I’m really curious as to what rollout you used and where you positioned your classes on mid, unfortunately i can’t do it without the stv demo :p

btw, croissant has been downloaded 459 times on rotabland now.

The fact that everyone ignored this map before the season is a huuge, huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge shame. This map is incredible. In it’s current state it’s way, way beyond snake’s & obscure’s level; and once u sort out middle it’ll be on par with gully & gran.
Hope we can make something amazing out of this & see it in the next season :>

Seriously the one of the best, if not THE best map for 6v6. Even rivaling badlands. It has reworked almost all normal conventions of a map, all for the better. Pushing from last to 2nd is no longer impossible 6v6, mid is no longer about spam.

We would love for more people to test this.

Genuinely a great map, it breaths such fresh air in to 6v6. A clear winner for Season 11

Well the problem that we found at the moment is that there is a lack of options on mid, once everyone gets there.

On Badlands, you can go choke/valley/house and on gran you can go left/right/top. People don’t appear to have many options expect to push round onto point as the mid section is too easily spammed.
