for some reason LOD15 make my tf2 crashes when loading a new map or when disconnecting from a server

i went back to default drivers settings and everything works well now.
anyone knows how to fix that ?

It seems that it doesn’t work anymore : i changed LOD bias to 15 (120h) but nothing has changed visually :'(
i’ve got the latest chris config (max frames).
