I’m not sure of how popular koth maps are on the EU scene (even though I’m from the uk..) but I’m willing to give it a shot here!
Designed from the ground up with testing by a very very useful NA pug group, this map has gone through many iterations that hopefully make it not shit!
The aims of the map were/are:
#To make the area of the capture point and surrounding terrain interesting and enjoyable
#To make sniper less effective or gameswaying compared to viaduct
#To make the point easy enough to capture that 90% of games are hopefully tense and exciting!
Also on the plus side it is sort of a badlands clone so isnt that just amazing

thanks to aformentioned pug group, mainly based around the old pixelsmashers tf2 team, and tf2m for alpha testing like the wonderfully patient people they are

Currently running it in our koth cup. Feelings about the map went from really good/good (mostly) to not so good. Personally love it though and I think that it’ll be a great map after some adjusting & more playtesting.
Will talk to you over see to see how it can be improved and I’m gonna keep it in future editions of our koth cup as well~
