‘Fast symmetrical 3 cp orange map.

– Last area seems huge without props, gonna wait for those. Point seems to be easy to defend with a sentry.
– Double sticky jump to top right entrance – fast to mid!
– Both entrances to last seem to be really easy to spam.
– Should move first spawn a bit towards the point?
– Don’t forget to put in some props indicating inaccessible areas.
– You can open enemy’s respawn gates.
– The area between points is really cluttered as well, making it hard to push out from last.
– Basically, compared to a usual 5cp map, distance between the points is really short, that’s my impression.

Yep it is ugly, but thats what the block out stage is for… no pooint spending hours and hours on art/props etc tell i know what the maps going to look like

Yer i agree about the points made about last and the distance between the points. This map has never actually been playtested yet haha

i looked for other maps called ‘cp_orange’ on tf2maps.net and fbsbanana and the name wasnt taken so i thaught fuck it might as well take the name (as things like name make a big diffrence to downloads on fpsbanana)

somebody hasn’t looked hard enough

i’m guessing this map isn’t for competitive play (if it is, i don’t even know what to say, the layout is horrible for comp), so no comment on the map. no doubt pubbers will love another IT’S ORANGE AS FOOK map.

Well iv come from cs mapping/mod mapping and dont really have a feel for tf2 mapping so i thaught i would start small (only 3 cp) and have no art (hence the orange..) before starting on a bigger project
