The map is designed to be an Egypt-themed with some regular Red/Blu base elements blended in. It is a 5cp linear map that will hopefully promote agressive play and a steady game-flow.

All vital functions of the map behave properly but it still has developer textures.
Right now I have come to a point where I cannot continue in private. I aspire to make this map fully 6v6 compatible and hopefully it will become a map a lot of people will love to play.

Still using developer textures because it would cause confusion which side you are on if the base elements are not added yet.

— I am in need of: —
* Teams, preferably in pairs. If you feel like helping me out on the first tests of this map I would appreciate it if you could manage to get an opposing team you know with a similar skill level. Any skill level! If you contact me we will arrange some time on my team’s server to look around in the map and play 1/2 games.
* Veteran or comp – map makers / Highly skilled players I need your help in evaluating the current layout of the map, filtering out as many possible issues before I can even think about going Beta
* One or two people that can arrange things with me a bit later on, such as pickups

Can’t wait to see and play this map myself! Been hearing a lot about it ofcourse, being his brother and all… Let’s hope I can give it a whirl this weekend!
Isn’t mid a little bit higher than it should be? The medic would die from fall damage if he felt down from the point. Other parts of the map look fine though.
I added the screens to get a little more attention tbh, I didn’t want to add them at first because I still had not talked to a veteran mapper yet.
Yes the middle is Higher than it should be, Yes there are some other gameplay issues, The first play testing will be done on _a2
Don’t worry the worst imbalances and problematic parts of the map WILL be filtered out.

Alpha 2 is out!
This version will be used for the first private testing, checking if the concept has enough potential and getting rid of the most obvious imbalances.
Greatest changes made:
– Risen the ground on mid and lowered the cap on mid
– Changed the routes between second and mid to be more easily accessible
– Added a more complex attacker balcony on second
– Nerfed the attacker balcony over last a bit
– other general optimizations to things like lighting (still very basic) and stairs etc.
You’ve already done huge improvements, really looking forward to how this will play once it got some real 6v6 testing.

May want to change the name, unless this is yours aswell. Many a person considers it rude to use another maps name, whether its a different mode or not. Just a heads up.
Rage, Yes that’s a koth_ map and is indeed in development, I realize I did not include these in my search.
It’s a shame because the name fitted the level perfectly, I have one or two
alternatives but I do not like them enough to change the title yet.
I will definately change the name of the map before beta stages, until then any suggestions on the name are appreciated.

Also, The download link is back up, Some changes were made between it going down and now. A couple of non-critical errors were taken out and I have been convinced to get rid of the entire tunnel system below the middle point.
