Yay, Spyware on my computer knows how many childs i have produced so far and in which particular sexual position. not.
you’re an idiot. just because you tell alexa doesn’t mean you don’t tell a site which trades data with alexa, or a site which alexa picks up data from.

A site can only access its own cookies, not ones for other sites. i.e. dodgywebsite.com couldn’t access cookies from mail.google.com.

i work from home. i choose my hours. i don’t sleep much.
combination of the three.
So Alexa, an entirely legitimate and well known company have their entire business reliant on malicious spyware that monitors all of your browsing habits and gets on your computer simply by magic.
right.
btw Chris, for the average person, knowing the intricacies of computer systems just doesn’t matter, they honestly do not need to nor want to know. While using big complicated words may make you look clever, it really really doesn’t help. If you don’t know, just bow out and be honest with yourself. :P

btw, this is hardly an ‘intricacy of computer systems’. this is standard stuff.
