I have an idea that could be interesting to everyone in the community, be it div1 players or div6 players. What about instead of always casting officials, broadcast a pcw between two good clans (like dignitas vs yoyotech) and instead of having commentators, broadcast directly from their mumble channel to hear what they say. On the first map you mainly follow team 1 and broadcast from their mumble channel. On the second map you mainly follow team 2 and broadcast from their mumble channel.
If you could find two teams that were up for it, I think it could really help out a lot of people, and at the same time I’m sure it would be entertaining and exciting to watch.
People might argue that a good team wouldn’t want anyone to “spy” on their comms. But let’s face it, hearing 30 minutes of comms is not gonna give other teams an advantage over them.
+1 to f2’s idea.
Would be pretty sweet.
e-rev.tv use something they call “warroom” where they go into (if the team agrees to it) the teams vent during a important attack / defence. Its quite interesting especially with games that your not used to like L4D.
