I watched a couple of the youtube videos for like 10 seconds.
You can’t improve individually, your team needs work.

Quite a bold statement there mate.
Yes you can improve individually sorry but if you think you can’t, your a total retard.
Also after 10 seconds of watching a youtube video you can see the team needs work? Surely you need to be in source TV and watch their formations on maps and comms etc?

They stayed in badlands house getting blocked by 2 grenades, as well as taking a pyro straight out onto middle. Then he got dicked by a scout that none of his team called because they all tried to spam out of a small doorway. Also they didn’t know positioning on last etc.

need to watch demos, to see the general positioning you need. Most teams div5 up will know basic positions so a mentor from any div is a good idea. Also get your players to watch the jump videos so they get to mid properly.

Sadly, they’re not my team, and I don’t think I will be able to convince our leader to pursue this effectively. It’s starting to feel like there is no way to improve in this clan.
