too late, signups are closed.
You’ll have to wait for the next season.

I don’t understand the title at all :<.
It could be one of two thing:
a) How to make a profile?
b) How to apply to the league?
If it's b) You can only apply when signups are open, atm (i think) they are closed as the leagues is full.

You can sign-up before the start of each season – the news page will very clearly tell you when this time period is :)
Season 6 won’t be finished until the end of November, and I’d imagine Season 7 will start after the Christmas holiday period, early next year.
