Promotion\Regression?

I saw on season3 tables different colours: green,blu,red and yellow. i remember what means red(regression),green(promotion) and yellow(stay on the same div). what about blue? i saw that there are 2-3 teams in blu on the top and other 2-3 on the base of a division. This team,will play a playoff tournament to decide who go on promotion and who stayregret?
