Why are “last-season-div-5-teams” in div 3 now?
And really good teams (maybe RaWr and it’s a Farm!) in Div3 or 4?

That’s a matter of opinion.
It’s a farm are a recent reform with several new members, not unreasonable for them to be lower down. I can’t see one of the head admins letting his team be in a division where they will be wasting there time.
RaWr/Monster Munch are recruiting almost a totally new team, no telling what level they will end up at.
If teams feel they are poorly seeded they can appeal themselves to be moved, rej did before last season when we were placed in div 5 and now we’ve ended up promoted to div 3
Plus always remember there is only so many spots available at the top end and existing teams are always favoured in case of a close decision to encourage stability.

Although this is PARTLY true (we are recruiting 2 sols to fill 1 sol/utility spot and 1 demo, so that’s 1/3rd of the team or 2 players), even with trialists who didn’t make the grade over the last 8 weeks, we’ve still been consistantly beating every div2 team on that list with only a few slips, thanks to our core of players. The replacements we have lined up are of equal or better standard. [/anally retentive]
But i only disagree with your sentiment that we’ve lost all our good players or something; for us, it’s not a pissing contest. The only reasons admins should consider moving us is for the better interests of the league – ie. if teams are unhappy with us being there.
I did try and speak to an admin about it after about 10 pms saying “wtf”, but i think i got the office parrot as he just sat there quoting a rulebook at me. I was hoping for some common sense or at least a conversation, but in retrospect i must have been dillusional :P
I’m also always confused by the “there’s only so many spots” argument. If you look at the spots in div1 then 2 then 3, they are not all equal. It is evidently possible to extend a division if more teams show themselves capable of that kind of play, or if they are considered out of place/timewasting to themselves or others.
it’s a farm can just run GeX as sniper in div4, sniper+medic vs 6 enemies. They’ll rapetrain.
rest of the team can sit in spawn hitting kill or something
Just got the news that Rawr will be using medi + 2 scouts + pyro + spy + sniper.

I don’t doubt you guys could cope and I can’t see you having to recruit some pub heros to fill the slots just giving a reason why the admin might have done it.
These are provisional seedings stuff can and probably will be changed yet.
Okay. I’ll admit straight down I’ve drank alcohol tonight so this post may be a bit rude.
But seriously. Admins. Do you have fucking trisomy 21 (I.E. Downs syndrome?)?
It’s a bit of a joke really. Teams like nfinity eSports, OMG, POD, OG and SpA get into div2 yet we get put in div3.
I’m not saying those teams are bad, by no means. They are all capable teams. But I just feel at our full potential, we’ll have a very very boring season.
Other teams in our division that are better then the above are The devils rejects, Monster munch (despite the roster issues) and even pancake. I mean it’s all disputable at the end of the day. But from results I’ve seen I can’t see why we have even been slightly chosen for division 3.
What the hell is going on???
Ofc these are provisional still and I can understand mostly the reasoning behind the divisions. Some would say I’m just very passionate :)

LOL team div1? I’ve drawn them with a mix team of NS players. i.e. 1 div1 player (alty), me, and 4 other players completely new to the game. What the hell…. -.-
I agree with gibbz. I’m not sure OMG, POD and oG fit in the 2nd div. I’m owned that my favourite RaWrs are in the 3rd (O_O). Here’s smthing wrong..hm…

All three, OMG, POD and OG have won their divisions 3. so why the fuck shouldnt they have the chance to play in div 2? only because some new teams formed which havent proofed being stable? i think these teams have deserved their spots there.
