Cannot sign up for waiting list?

It says that there are 9/10 in the waiting list so if I sign up my clan ( as I have been waiting for how long I dont know ).
But when I klick on the Season 3 SignUp Link it just says “CANNOT LOAD COMP”.
What does that mean?
Please answer ’cause I really want to sign up.
You need to create a team before you are able to sign up for a competition
