-1 People setting their standards way too high and branding people ‘Elitists’ when they don’t get what they want, kind of double standards if you aren’t prepared to play in the lower divisions.

I gotta love renegade and nubonamission. I had zero div1 experience and they trialled me multiple times against dignitas, vale etc. to see if I had potential. They were the only players giving me that chance, and it worked out! *cries* damn shame we couldn’t play together cause of the fold.

Yeah kudos to loco for that he’s always been like it even back in tfc.

That is one thing I’m proud about with idk? we generally only recruit from lower divs or the people already in the clan were lower div at the time.

First of all: Kudos to loco. :)

Secondly: Our team consists of a Div4 medic (easy), Div3 demoman (extremer), Div3 scout (me), Div1 medic (f2), a TFC player who half of us didn’t have a clue who he was (night) and two (mid) Div2 scouts (oggy/piece). coolclan had just a bunch of div4/3 guys like us and we pretty much reached div1 by just… being together really. Having fun and not (as loco very well put it) folding after a harsh patch. You have to play the best to be the best – and for us, it was one or two months of us being raped.

I was mentoring/coaching a division 6 team last season and there are players playing there who are better than many in division 3. Yet to have division 6 experience is like a black mark on your “gaming CV”.

It’s very hard for these people to find better teams because they aren’t part of the circlejerk.
