I have some questions about the following rules :

1.4.1 Bug-Using is not allowed

Any kind of “Bug-Using” is not allowed. Player using bugs will be punished.

Do you consider that build a tp inside the red spawn on gravelpit is an exploit ?

1.4.8 Addendum

For any scripts not mentioned here, you can use as general rule of thumb: anything that allows you to do something that would be impossible without that script is forbidden.
When in doubt, the admins decide on the legality of the script.

What about auto reload script ? Is that include in that rule ?

2.8 Same Map picked twice for a match? Change it to a Secondary Map Pool Map or to a 3rd Party Map once!

If both teams managed to pick the same map against each other, they can change it to a Secondary Map Pool Map or to a 3rd-Party-Map [see below] once if both teams agree. Map can be decided by Map Elimination Mode [Explanation] (team on the left @ Fixtures Page is supposed to start) or just by agreeing on one map.

I will have the case twice in the season, exemple Week 5 granary/granary and i don’t really find this rule obvious :s In the case we don’t agree on a map with the openent and go with the “map elimination mode”, will that concern the 2 maps (like in the exemple shown in the rules) or we have to decide only one map in addition of the map pick twice ? Because if we have to war on ctf_smooth and pl_badawater i think i prefer my granary/granary :p
For the map pool where we can pick the maps is that map pool 2, map pool 3 + map pool 2 or “decide that with you openent” ?

I do dislike the secondary map pool maps, especially when we are playing in a lower division, no team wants to play the same two maps, and no team wants to play a secondary pool map as nobody practises them.

Both teams must agree to a change to secondary pool map.

Building the teleporter entrance inside the spawn at gpit spawn is a clear bug abuse, clan imperial used this in a pcw, the teleporter was built completely inside the spawn thus making it unable for the enemy team to destroy it- this should be banned and the clan should forfeit the map

Also bug abusing the door surrounds on badlands as a demoman should be banned, it is lame and most good demoman do not feel the need to do this, only a few. If the demoman does this the clan should forfeit the round

Why does ETF2L feel it necessary to inflict the horror that is the secondary map pool on teams below division 2? Teams end up playing 60 minutes of Turbine for no good reason. It’s not fun. And nobody in their right mind would pick 2Fort or whatever because A) these maps in general don’t suit 6v6 and B) it’s next to impossible to practise them.

Why not allow teams to do the map elimination procedure from the primary map pool? If they both agree I can’t possibly see a rational objection from the admins, yet it’s not allowed in the rules.

It’s even worse than last season because Freight was moved to primary.

Indeed our 60 minute turbine map is going to make me do a cry ;( DIBSY NOT ENGIE.
2ndary map pool maps are pretty disgusting as well :<.
Im still up for admins picking the maps per week.

mmmm yeah i think it’s an unknow thing for the most of div5-6 team but i tought that all teams in high div knew that very well and use it which seems not to be your case….
Indeed i discover that when i see the demo of imperial vs 00 and i show it to my team then we wonder if we can do it “legally” ? In our div 5 it will be a nice advantage vs our openents… maybe an admin can come and say his opinion ?

@ all : yeah map pool 2 sucks in major way because we can’t train thoses map versus other teams cause no one accept and we already have enough map to train. But i suspect mach4 or labor to fit correct for a 6 vs 6 match :)

I have played something like 25 hours as demo and even I figured that out..
This is clearly some kind of bug. Why should the stickies suddenly become invinsible just because they are put on the door surroundings ?

Weapons that there are no way you can detect and defend yourselfs against is something that just ruins the game. With enough skill you should have a chance of avoiding damage from the enemies. This is clearly not the case with those totally hidden stickies.
It would be a bit the same if the soldier would be given an unlock which is invinsible timebombs he can place anywhere he wants..

This is clearly a bug which I hope Valve will fix soon. On the other hand, there are many lame/good places to place stickies so the enemies will have no chance seeing them until it’s too late anyway..
