There have been all-american teams before, and some NA players here and there playing for EU teams. But due to the time difference and the fact that you will almost always play on a EU server, this treat is likely limited to eastcoast players. Several invite (6s) and UGC Plat (HL) players have been competing here.
But as stated above, there are no rules against it. It is simply hard to do since our official matches are mostly during weekdays.
