France isn’t like Epsilon, but definitely a top team; England was low Prem at best in its current state. Iceland plays like an ambitious Prem newcomer that succeeds by a “never give up” mentality (and it has the best Twitch emote), even though their holds and pushes could use some improvements.
In short: Unlikely, but the dream might still be real.
