Valve and ETF2L said they would ban for that crap, and people kept using it.
You should have no sympathy for these people.

How do i invite my friends?

Go to their profiles and there should be “Invite to team” under their profile picture for you to go in order to send them an invite to your team.

They will then get an invitation to the team here:
