The results have been submitted, however they aren’t shown as the other team has not verified the score yet. Once that happens it will show up, it’s normal behaviour.

Alternatively if you are not the team which submitted the results, go and verify the results on the matchpage!

If they don’t verify it in a couple of days, an admin will check the score/status screenshots and force the verify themselves.

Just tell them to verify it, it’s directly on the match page and not difficult to do.
