How do we signup?

Me and my friend have made a 2 man team in the team section of this site as required, and maybe I’m being stupid again, but where can we find out:
a) when the next lot of 2v2 matches are (if there are any)
b) how to signup

the game modes that are 2v2 are:

But we haven’t had the time to host those in a while. Keep an eye out on the main page or other TF2 hubs to see when we host another 2v2 cup.
When either of those cups is announced, you can go to http://etf2l.org/wp/wp-admin/index.php?page=comps
(or browse to Team Admin -> competitions)
