We didn't get the right medals

Our team (http://etf2l.org/teams/19932/) got third place in division 6H, but at least one of our team members (http://etf2l.org/forum/user/94352/) has not received any medals at all and no one in our team has received third place medals, only participation medals. How can we claim/receive the right ones?
As far as I know lower divisions only recieves group winner and participant medals.
(Prem gets 1st, 2nd, 3rd placement medals.)
Only prem teams receive 2nd and 3rd placement medals, and all other teams in lower divs get either 1st place or participant medals.
Also, I believe he didn’t get any medal because he joined the team a bit too late or played only in 1 match. If I am correct, if he had played 2 officials, then he would receive the medal.
you get medal as long as you’re in a roster and your team played full season til the end without dropping or getting disqualified :^)
